Crew would isolate the wrong tank, pump or essential system.

REMOTE REOPEN

The arrangement allows uncontrolled restoration from outside the space.

NO FUNCTION TEST

Records show visual checks without proving closure or shutdown.

Do not stop at pulling the release. Verify which valve or motor actually moved and whether the label, drawing and operational consequence agree.
