Check the vessel’s actual procedures, equipment and records against these points from RISQ 3.2.

Keep evidence of hydrostatic testing to 100% MAWP at least annually and to 1.5 times MAWP at least twice within any five-year period.Mark pipelines with the test date and pressure.Identify the system test scope: the source includes the discharge pump and piping between pump and manifold, excluding non-metallic hoses; its bunker-pipeline definition covers receiving, discharging and internal fuel transfers.Establish MAWP from the transfer-piping relief-valve setting or, where no relief valve is fitted, the maximum discharge pressure developed by the vessel’s pump, as described in the source.Use hydrostatic testing; compressed-air pressure testing is not acceptable under this guidance.
