Omitting maintenance and inspection of the accommodation-ladder turntable and pin.

In records/certificates, with the renewal date also stencilled near the fall-wire winch.
Where a finding may arise
RISQ explicitly requires a finding where turntable and pin inspection/maintenance are absent from the PMS. Missing tests, overdue/deteriorated wires or other access-equipment defects are also assessed.
