1What must a power-limited vessel show on the pilot card?
Whether the limiter is engaged, time to override it, and maximum available power with and without it.
2Are exchange completion and transfer of conn always the same time?
No. The source requires both to be recorded where they differ, with further conn transfers also recorded.
